Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
9:57 2nd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Kane Fitzgerald and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Cavaliers Matthew Dellavedova. After review the referees ruled that Dellavedova’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
