Flagrant Fouls
7:25 3rd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Kane Fitzgerald and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Cavaliers Timofey Mozgov. After review the referees determined that Mozgov’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
