Flagrant Fouls
5:45 4th Quarter – Referees Joe Crawford, Tony Brown and Lauren Holtkamp communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Raptors Kyle Lowry. After review the referees determined that Lowry’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty. The Raptors James Johnson was given a technical foul during the review.
