Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

6:54 2^nd Quarter-Referees Derrick Stafford, Leroy Richardson, and Scott Twardoski communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Greivis Vasquez met the criteria for a clear path foul.  After the review Vasquez was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a clear path foul.
