Flagrant Fouls

1:25 2^nd Quarter-Referees Joe Crawford, Nick Buchert, and David Guthrie communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Westbrook was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
