Flagrant Fouls

1:19 4^th Quarter- Referees Bill Kennedy, Tre Maddox, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Magic’s Elfrid Payton met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Payton was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
