Flagrant Fouls

2:35 4^th Quarter-Referees Tony Brothers, Eli Roe, and Sean Wright communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Robin Lopez met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Lopez was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
