1:49 4th Quarter-Referees Tony Brothers, Eli Roe, and Sean Wright communicated with the Replay Center to determine who possession should belong to after the ball was knocked out of bounds. Initially the referees awarded possession to the Trail Blazers and after the review the call was upheld.
