Flagrant Fouls
4:47 Overtime – Referees Bennett Salvatore, Pat Fraher and Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Pacers Ian Mahinmi. After review the referees determined that Mahinmi’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
