00:28.8 3rd Quarter – Referees Ed Malloy, Lauren Holtkamp, and Mark Lindsay communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Cavaliers J.R. Smith. After review the referees ruled that Smith’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Smith was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
