Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
9:28 2nd Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Eric Dalen, and Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Suns Seth Curry. After review the referees ruled that Curry’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Curry was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
