Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
11:16 1st Quarter – Referees James Capers, Eric Lewis and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review the referees determined that Westbrook’s foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
