Flagrant Fouls
7:51 3rd Quarter – Referees James Capers, Eric Lewis and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook. After review the referees determined that Westbrook’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
