Flagrant Fouls

March, 16th 2015

5:45 2^nd Quarter – Referees Marc Davis, Eli Roe and Scott Wall communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Hawks DeMarre Carroll. After review the referees determined that Carroll’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed an offensive foul as the foul penalty.
