Flagrant Fouls
8:06 3rd Quarter – Referees David Guthrie, Derrick Collins and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Celtics Evan Turner. After review the referees determined that Turner’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
