Flagrant Fouls
8:46 3rd Quarter- Referees Bill Kennedy, Kevin Cutler, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Reggie Jackson was called for a foul. After the review Jackson was called for a common offensive foul not a flagrant foul.
