Flagrant Fouls
10:30 4th Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Kevin Cutler, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Nick Collison was called for a foul. After the review Collison was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
