Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
1:42 2nd Quarter – Referees Joe Crawford, David Guthrie, and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Spurs Tiago Splitter was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Splitter’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Splitter was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
