Off-Ball Fouls
3:17 2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Nick Buchert, and Kevin Cutler communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the defensive foul committed by the Rockets Josh Smith on the Pacers CJ Watson took place prior to the Pacers CJ Miles making the inbounds pass. Initially the referees ruled that Smith committed the foul prior to the inbounds pass. After review the call was upheld and CJ Watson was awarded two free throw attempts.
