1:09 3rd Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Curtis Blair and Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review, Valanciunas foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
