Flagrant Fouls

2:31 4^th Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Bennie Adams, and Eric Dalen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul by the Raptors Tyler Hansbrough met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review the referees ruled that Hansbrough’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and he was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the penalty.
