Flagrant Fouls
6:27 2nd Quarter – Referees Ron Garretson, Sean Corbin and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook. After review, the referees determined that Westbrook’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
