Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
4:20 4th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster, Brian Forte, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Blazers CJ McCollum met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review the referees ruled that McCollum’s foul did not meet the criteria and McCollum was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
