Flagrant Fouls
6:28 3rd Quarter-Referees Derrick Stafford, Kevin Cutler, and Michael Smith communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the offensive foul committed by the Heat’s Mario Chalmers met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Chalmers was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
