Flagrant Fouls

1:13 4^th Quarter-Referees Ed Malloy, Marat Kogut, and Eric Lewis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Timberwolves Adreian Payne met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Payne was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
