Flagrant Fouls

8:17 4^th Quarter-Referees Tom Washington, Curtis Blair, and Derrick Collins communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hornets Jason Maxiell met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Maxiell was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
