Out-of-Bounds Plays

1:49 4^th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster, David Guthrie, and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine who possession should be awarded to after the ball was knocked out of bounds. Initially the referees awarded possession to the Raptors and after review the call was upheld.
