00:09.9 4th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster, David Guthrie, and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors DeMar DeRozan met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review the referees ruled that DeRozan’s foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and he was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty. The game clock was also reset to 00:09.9.
