11:39 4th Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Michael Smith and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Nuggets Jusuf Nurkic. After review, the referees determined that Nurkic’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
