Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

4:17  1^st Quarter – Referees Ken Mauer, Derrick Collins and Eric Lewis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Kyle Singler met the criteria for a clear path foul.  After review, Singler’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
