Review of Called Foul: Heat @ Pacers

Flagrant Fouls

5:13  2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Lauren Holtkamp and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Heat’s Goran Dragic. After review, the referees determined that Dragic’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
