Flagrant Fouls

6:40 4^th Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Lauren Holtkamp and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Heat’s Mario Chalmers. After review, the referees determined that Chalmers foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
