Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

8:55 1^st Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, Karl Lane, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans Tyreke Evans met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review the referees ruled that Evans’ foul met the criteria and he was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
