Off-Ball Fouls
11:29 2nd Quarter-Referees Michael Smith JT Orr and Leon Wood communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the off ball foul committed by the Knicks Quincy Acy took place before the Pacers Paul George began his shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that George was in his shooting motion before the foul by Acy was committed and after the review the call was upheld.
