Off-Ball Fouls
7:21 3rd Quarter- Referees Michael Smith JT Orr and Leon Wood communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the off ball foul committed by the Knicks Shane Larkin took place prior to the Pacers inbounding the ball from the sideline. Initially the foul was ruled to have happened after the inbound pass was released however after the review the call was overturned as the foul was ruled to have occurred prior to the inbound pass being released.
