Flagrant Fouls

7:39 4^th Quarter- Referees Bill Spooner, Justin Van Duyne, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers Kendrick Perkins met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Perkins was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
