Off-Ball Fouls
5:20 4th Quarter-Referees Scott Foster, Karl Lane, and Leroy Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off ball foul committed by the Spurs Tony Parker took place prior to the Rockets James Harden starting his shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that Parker committed the foul before Harden was in his shooting motion and after the review the call was upheld.
