Flagrant Fouls

8:30 4^th Quarter – Referees Monty McCutchen, Brent Barnaky and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Bulls Nikola Mirotic. After review the referees determined that Mirotic’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
