Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
9:02 2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, JT Orr, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers Mike Miller met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review, the referees ruled that Miller’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
