Shot Clock Violation
5:49 2nd Quarter – Referees Marc Davis, Curtis Blair, and Michael Smith communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the foul committed by the Pelicans’ Tyreke Evans on the Rockets’ Corey Brewer occurred prior to expiration of the shot clock. Initially the referees ruled that Evans fouled Brewer prior to time expiring on the shot clock and that Brewer was attempting a 3pt field goal while fouled in the act of shooting. After review, both calls were upheld.
