Flagrant Fouls
2:01 2nd Quarter – Referees Bennett Salvatore, Derrick Collins, and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Lakers Ryan Kelly met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review, the referees ruled that Kelly’s foul did not meet the criteria and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
