Off-Ball Fouls
10:34 2nd Quarter-Referees Scott Foster, Eli Roe, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off ball foul committed by the Timberwolves Arinze Onuaku took place prior to the Pelicans Dante Cunningham starting his shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that Onuaku fouled Cunningham after he was in his shooting motion and after the review the call was upheld. Cunningham’s basket stood.
