Flagrant Fouls
4:40 2nd Quarter-Referees Danny Crawford, Courtney Kirkland, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks DeMarre Carroll met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Carroll was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
