4:23 2nd Quarter-Referees Mike Callahan, Michael Smith, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pacers David West met the criteria for a clear path foul. After the review West was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a clear path foul.
