10:53 3rd Quarter-Referees Ron Garretson, JT Orr, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Lakers Tarik Black met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Black was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty .
