00:59 4th Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen Derrick Stafford and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine who the ball should belong to after the ball was knocked out of bounds. Initially the referees awarded possession to the Raptors however after the review the call was overturned and the Wizards were then awarded possession.
