Flagrant Fouls
1:42 1st Quarter-Referees James Capers David Guthrie and Jason Phillips communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Jared Sullinger met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Sullinger was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
