00:29.3 2nd Quarter-Referees James Capers David Guthrie and Jason Phillips communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Evan Turner met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Turner was assessed a Flagrant Foul Type 1 as the foul penalty.
