Flagrant Fouls
8:48 4th Quarter-Referees Scott Foster Kane Fitzgerald and Derrick Stafford communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans Norris Cole met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Cole was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
