Flagrant Fouls
8:33 2nd Quarter- Referees Scott Foster Mark Ayotte and Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Arron Afflalo met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Afflalo was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
